Tsune can make life much easier and can eliminate costly operator errors.
The operator programs diameter, cutoff length and a steel grade based on the
AISI/SAE numbering system and if needed assigns a 8 digit alpha numeric job
or part number. These jobs can be stored in memory and called up and only the parts
counter needs to be set. Speed , feed and the sawhead position is calculated and optimized
for short cycle times and optimum blade life.
If for some reason the machine will not start or stops in automatic a variety of
diagnostic tools and error messages keeps downtime to a minimum.
